How be?

My name is Sayge Danger. I’m an eccentric freak trying to Earn a Living™️ making art. Insane notion, I know.

The quick “résumé” of my credentials and accomplishments:

  • I’ve been a musician for 15 years, and an electronic music producer for 11 years. Started concert percussion in 6th grade, then did concert band, marching band and pit orchestra throughout high school. 
    • Practiced some drum set and guitar, but excelled the most at marimba and mallet instruments. 
    • Tried out for the Blue Knights drum corps my senior year. Was way underprepared and outmatched lol. But I tried. 
  • I spent five years at Colorado State University in Fort Collins (amazing place to live, for the most part). I started in business, realized that I’m not a fan of their shallow “ethics program,” or the kind of people I saw thriving there. Not my crowd. Two years later, changed majors to philosophy. Three more years, graduated with a Bachelor’s of the Arts for General Philosophy in 2024. Coolio 👍
  • I’ve had several day jobs; boring at best, downright abusive at worst. All very draining and exploitative. Anyway…

On to more about me as a person with ambitions:

At this point in life, I’m ready to take a swing at monetizing my skills; primarily as a means to an end of escaping the wage-slavery bullshit. A little bit of comfort and economic stability sounds lovely, too, if I’m honest.

But deeper than that, I want to have the resources to find somewhere to lay down roots. From those roots, I want to grow a loving, mutually supportive, humanistic community. Harmony, well-being, empathy; personal AND collective growth. 

I want to thrive; I also want to see others thrive. 

I want to blossom into myself, and I want to find myself to be only a single gorgeous flower in a lush field. An idyllic dream, for sure. But one worth striving for, in my humble opinion.

 

25 years old; an ever evolving list of labels and hyphens. A tiny piece of the universe, experiencing life in its full depths. Constantly learning how to live in the chaotically balanced One-ness of things. 

No over, under or around. Only Thru.

Currently living with my partner, Reign Danger, and our family in Maryland. Hoping to relocate soon :)
